It is not necessary to slam on your brakes and go 20-25 MPH through the 30 MPH speed camera. 30-34 or so will do just fine.

Dear Driver behind me-
It is not necessary for you to furiously flash your high beams at me prior to the speed camera. I drive this way twice a day every day and am well aware of it. This is as welcome as the other type of flashing... and both leave me temporarily blinded.
