Did some weeding yesterday and brought some spring inside afterward!

Burgers outside- it was TOO nice out!

(25 minutes of treadmill speedwork/intervals)

Grilled Pizza

Tuesday
(am- 45 minute bike ride, pm- 1 hour step aerobics/strength training class)

Turkey Stroganoff
Edamame

Wednesday
(am- 30 minute bike ride, pm- 5 mile run)

Lentil Sloppy Joes from the crockpot
Corn

Thursday
(am- 4 mile tempo run, pm- 1 hour step aerobics/strength training class)

10 minute garlic shimp
Brown Rice
Broccoli with lime dressing

Friday
(30 minute bike ride)

Pasta with turkey meat sauce and zucchini

Saturday
(14 mile long run)

Out in Baltimore with friends for supper!

Lunches/Snacks
Cheese stick
Banana
Fiesta bean salad
Greek yogurt
Carrots
Strawberries
