Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

Tomorrow is Amanda & Ben's at home MD BBQ party for the peeps that couldn't make it to the wedding in SW VA.

One of the items I'm making? Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge. I made this last night and it was SO easy.. literally less than 10 minutes.

I may have sneaked a piece (or two) tonight for supper. I just had to make sure it wasn't contaminated..

Easy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Fudge
I think this recipe came from the Eagle Brand

1 (12 oz) package of peanut butter chips
1 (14 oz) can of Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/ cup butter
1 (6 oz) package of semi-sweet chocolate chips

-In a large saucepan, melt peanut butter chips, 1 cup of condensed milk, and 2 tbsp of butter. Stir occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
-Spread mixture into parchment paper lined 8" square pan.
-In a small saucepan, melt chocolate chips, remaining milk, and remaining butter.
-Spread chocolate mixture on top of peanut butter mixture.
-Chill two hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.
-Tightly cover any leftovers.
