One year down...

One year ago today, I married my best friend. Aww..

Let me tell you- this year was tough! ..or not. We had an awesome first year. We had our awesome honeymoon on a Caribbean cruise (much needed rest time), we got settled into the apartment, saved money, started looking at houses, found our house, bought it, went to a couple of weddings, camped, moved into the house and have been working on house projects since.

We were able to make the most of our year because we complement each other so well and we just have fun. I can’t wait to see what the rest of our time together brings…

In the meantime.. while last year we were getting married in the snow, this year we are celebrating our anniversary in warm San Diego! Tonight we are heading out on a dinner cruise on the harbor. It should be awesome.
