Tuesday
(30 minute stationary bike)

Bacon quinoa w/almonds & herbs
Sauteed green beans and garlic

Wednesday
(45 minute + treadmill run)

Cod w/a potato & herb crust
Roasted garlic broccoli

Thursday
(30 minute stationary bike)

Tortellini w/some sort of sauce- maybe a garlic, mushroom & tomato cream sauce.
Salad

Friday
(rest day)

Out with friends I believe, otherwise... probably pizza or Chinese carryout

Saturday
(10 mile long run)

No idea about supper..


Lunches
Salad w/cheese & ranch
Greek yogurt
Strawberries and grapes
Two Chocolate peanut butter powerballs on gym after work days
