(circuits w/various legs and 30 minutes bike, abs)
Shrimp Fajitas
Friday
(45 minute stationary bike, arms)
Family party, so who knows!?
Saturday
(6 mile run)
No idea about food- at the mercy of others
Breakfast/Lunches
Coffee, Banana
Plain Greek Yogurt w/banana & honey in it (and peanut butter on Monday & Wednesday when I bike AND run)
Turkey & brie wrap
Cucumber
Carrots
Peach and/or watermelon
Dark chocolate covered almonds
