Baked parmesan tomatoes
Corn
Burgers

Tuesday
Potato and cheese stuffed cabbage rolls

Wednesday
Turkey in tomato-basil broth w/couscous
Green beans with bacon

Thursday
Shrimp risotto
Parmesan green beans

Friday
Leftovers


Breakfast:
Steel cut oats- maybe with pumpkin and spices or apple and cinnamon

Lunch:
Three Cheese Tortellini & Mushroom soup
Great Harvest whole grain bread + cheese

Snacks:
Banana
Apple
Carrots
Chocolate covered almonds
