week for the Frederick half marathon on Sunday!

(1 hour x-training/step aerobics class)

(30 minute bike ride, 4 mile run)
Leftover bubble up enchiladas
Thursday
(2.5 mile speed work run, 20 minute bike ride, 1 hour x-training/step aerobics class)
I get home late so.. grilled cheese maybe? Or
maybe eggs?
Friday
(45 minute bike ride)
