(45 minute bike ride, 1 hour aerobics/strength training class)

Tacos/taco salad (yup- again... I stinkin love taco salad night)

Wednesday
(30 minute bike ride, 4 mile run)

Loaded baked potatoes from the crockpot

Thursday
(4 mile run, 1 hour aerobics/strength training class)

Roasted red pepper pasta with feta

Friday
(45 minute bike)

Turkey parm with spaghetti & garlic roasted broccolini

Lunches/Snacks

Mason jar salad with raspberry vinaigrette, apples, onions, lettuce, gorgonzola crumbles and chopped walnuts
Yogurt
Carrots
Banana
Cheese stick
Strawberries
