Oh DC....
What the HECK is up with people here using freaking umbrellas when it is SNOWING!? I lived for 21 years in upstate NY where we would get more snow in a day than people here get all year and I had NEVER seen anyone using an umbrella while it is snowing...As a side note, when I was searching for a picture to use above, I found the article that accompanies this picture. Apparently its not just DC, AND it IS weird. HA SUCKERS. Another reason for me to hate it here. Read more...
