Yesterday(ish) was my kitty's first birthday! The vet could only tell us that he was born right around April 1st. Since the first is one of John's cousins' birthdays, he insisted that Jaq's birthday is March 31... apparently it is impossible for a birthday to be shared...
To celebrate, Jaq got some ice cream last night. Though he would have appreciated as much, if not more, if I had just saved the leftover catfish from supper the night before. (Apparently I shouldn't be so surprised that he liked it... the name says it all.)

OMG, he's beautiful!! I love him :) Don't they grow up so fast!?! We always give our boys a little bit of tuna for special occasions.
