I just looked on RedFin.com and found out that the median home price for our new zip code is $700,000. Our house didn't cost quite that much.. by more than half. Yup.. definitely getting ourselves the worst house in the best neighborhood.

hey! actually--it was a buttercream but they put like a coconut rub on it to give it a shiny type look....
that wasnt something we actually discussed, but, when i saw it i liked it ;)
